I got a nice little surprise today when I got home from my office and checked my e-mail. I had an e-mail from Amazon Merch letting me know my account had been upgraded to sell long sleeve tees. Now I sort of knew this was comming as my buddy MitchyBoy who you may know from Youtube and Steemit had made a post about this a couple weeks back. After seeing his post I looked into it further and sure enough I found a Reddit post from a few months previous in which someone had seen something in Amazon's site code that alluded to long sleeve tees, sweatshirts and hoodies comming soon. Well it's true. For now I'm approved for long sleeve tees, it will be interesting to see if sweatshirts and hoodies come out soon. Drop a comment and let me know if your account is also approved for this. I'm wondering if they first rolled it out to people on the 1,000 tier, then 500, and maybe shortly after they'll roll it out to the lower tiers or it's possible it's been opened up to everyone so I'm curious to find that out. One thing I would recommend which I mention in this video is if your not saving all your designs you make, create a folder and save them. Because I only sell on AMazon Merch once I upload a design I typically trash it. Why that sucks is if I still had those designs I could easily upload them to Amazon where as now I'm going to have to go back and recreate all of them and reupload them. Reason for that is unlike TeeSpring for example where you can upload a design and just check boxes for I want to sell this on long sleeve, short sleeve, hoodie, sticker, mug, etc on Amazon you essentially have to create a new listing for each product type. Anyhow, pretty excited about this so wanted to make a quick video letting you guys know. Check your account and let me know if it was unlocked for you as well.
