Hey guys, hope you all are doing well. Just a quick video today to update you on the whole Amazon Merch 12/12 thing going on. So back on December 5 Amazon suspended the ability of Amazon Merch sellers to upload new shirts or edit existing shirts. This also happenned last year in 2016 on the same day and the program wasn't brought back live until well into January. This year on 12/5 Amazon Merch did the same thing, they initially told us they would revisit the issue on 12/12, however that date has come and gone and the Amazon Dashboard isn't showing any updates. I did however see a video from the Thrift Shop Hustler who is pretty active in Merch Facebook groups and he's reporting that AMazon said they would revisit the issue again December 19. One thing some of you guys may want to be aware of is you'll probably have 2 more days of strong sales because for two more days customers will still get Amazon Merch shirts prior to Christmas, but after that likely most Merch orders will be arriving after Christmas. I'll keep my ear to the street and report back when I hear any updates. In the meantime make sure you're continuing to upload drafts, if your interested in getting setup selling on other platforms be it Etsy or Shopify or whatever else now would be a great time to make a push and get that going.
