Saw a funny story on Reddit today. A Redditor had posted a letter he received from his bank which stated if he continued using the account to buy Bitcoin on Coinbase they would shut his account down. You can read the thread below... http://ift.tt/2BGVsXZ Redditors took to the net and started leaving scathing reviews on this banks Google Review page. It's funny, this is a small community bank in Michigan so you would normally expect them to have maybe 2-3 reviews. This bank however has over 220 reviews as Redditors took to Google to roast this bank for trying to tell customers what they can and can't do with their own money, purchasing a legal item from a legal business. You can read the reviews here... http://bit.ly/2p2BMLj I'm pretty sure Google will probably step in and remove these reviews eventually. Anyhow, I thought this was an issue I should bring to people's attention. Crypto investors who bank with good banks may not even be aware of this but there are banks that will shut your account down simply for buying Bitcoin or crypto. I also thought this story really illustrates the power of the internet. When people do something stupid the internet often roasts them and that really shows the power of the internet but on the flip side in terms of marketing and driving traffic and attention and support to your projects, online stores or other marketing efforts, if you know how to use the internet properly it's an incredibly powerful thing.
