There have been people who conducted some pretty bold experiments. They tried to eat pizza and nothing but pizza for 7 days in a row. It contains 9% of the total fat daily value and 14% of your saturated fat daily value. - After the 1st day of the pizza diet, the experimenters felt some discomfort in their stomachs. A number of them even suffered from slight cramps. - On the morning of the 2nd day, some of these "researchers" noticed that their faces were puffy, and their hands were a bit swollen. Besides, they were thirsty, and their mouths felt really dry. - The 3rd day didn't start so good at all. Some felt groggy, and others were wobbly and disoriented. Most of the experimenters constantly felt thirsty and were unable to quench this thirst with water - On the 4th day, many of the experimenters woke up to discover some red spots and blemishes on their faces. They had problems keeping their eyes open during the day and went to bed early feeling completely exhausted. - Some of the "researchers" stated that on the 5th day of the experiment, they felt that their minds weren't as sharp as before and their thoughts were scattered. Their faces, legs, and feet were so swollen. - On the 6th day, nothing changed dramatically. However, the ones who decided to hit the gym felt weak and unmotivated. On top of that, they noticed a significant decrease in their endurance and strength. - The 7th and final day of eating only pizza made almost everybody draw a disappointing conclusion: this isn't a food you can survive on for long. - High blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, insulin resistance, and high cholesterol can be unwanted and dangerous consequences of such food preferences. - If you choose pizza with a generous layer of veggies on top, you'll get more nutrients and vitamins from it.
