WINDOWS 10: VERSION 1903 VS 1909! WHICH IS BETTER?
It may be a little too early to say yet, but I was wondering which version would be better at general performance (gaming), stability and optimization. The last and latest version of 1903 or the newly released 1909? I had some heavy issues with 1903, especially with regard to the gaming side of things, since my FPS was almost halfway through some games, it was very difficult to play, and if I had a very old GPU, it wouldn’t be an issue until I updated 1903 .

As I write this, I am downloading 1909 and going on a journey as I read some issues from 1903, but thought I could hear the opinions of experts, which would be better overall, on the side of things I don’t need to know. Should I stick with the now mature 1903, or should I consider the new 1909 as a new buggy mess?

1909 shares the same code 1903 and shares the same overall updates. With the exception of some new features, there should be little difference. The feature update for 1909 is actually a small implementation package that is installed as an overall update.
Windows 10, versions 1903 and 1909 share a common core operating system with identical computer files. As a result, new features in Windows 10, Version 1909 were added to the latest monthly quality update for Windows 10, Version 1903 (released October 8, 2019), but they are currently inactive / disabled. These new features will remain inactive until the Windows 10, version 1909 features are activated via a small, quick-to-install “master switch” that simply activates the “Activation Package”.
If your computer is provided 1909 with Windows Update then no new installation is required. Click ‘Download Now Install’.
