Hey guys, Rules for Rebels here and we're talking crypto and altcoins today. I just wanted to make a quick video talking about an cryptocurrency that's been on my radar for a while, and one I've been buying and holding for a while, but one that I have a renewed excitement and high hopes for. This crypto is Lisk. Yes I know it's been a popular one for a while. We were up near $8 not too long ago, it's retraced a bit and I feel like it's a great bargain. Not only that but there's a few upcomming events which I think could give it a boost. First is the rebranding. I'm not sure what they're going to call it but Lisk is going to be going through a rebranding very soon. It was initially announced it would be beginning of October, however were in mid October and it still hasn't happenned but should be right around the corner. Now rebranding typically gives coins a bit of a bounce, it gets them some attention and probably some new buyers because of that attention. Just a personal note and comment, I really don't get the whole rebranding thing. I don't think most coins really need rebranding. Maybe in the case of Antshares, while I loved the cute little Ant logo, I can see them wanting to have a more professional and serious image. That said when I hear that VertCoin is going to rebrand, it kind of seems unnecessary to me. That aside, the other and in my opinion bigger thing we have going on is the upcomming SDK or software development kit which should be following the rebranding soon after. NOw I'm not a super techie guy so a lot of this is a bit over my head but essentially the same way that Ethereum is a platform people can build things on top of and build side chains on, Lisk is also going to have a software development kit essentially allowing Java developers to piggyback off their framework and build decentralized apps as well as side chains. Now we saw what happenned to Ethereum's price once they started letting people develope on top of their platform and many people are very bullish on Lisk because Java is an even more widely known and widely used language than what Ethereum uses. Not only that but with side chains as well as apps it's just going to bring more attention and more users to the Lisk platform. I think both these things could give Lisk a big boost in price not only in the short term, but also set it on a successful course for the long term as well. I hear a lot of people talking about how Lisk is going to be a triple digit coin ie over $100 or even a couple hundred. I'm not quite that bullish yet but I'm confident that Lisk will at or above $10 by years end and I think there's a good chance we could even surpass $15 if not by the end of the year I think by the end of Q1 2018. I think 2018 is the year for Lisk. Just my opinion, let me know what you guys think.
